Summary

I designed and implemented a no-code automation system to manage end-to-end student registration and engagement for an AI workshop.

Using Google Forms, Google Sheets, Zapier, and Notion, the system collects student sign-up responses in real time, automatically syncs them into a centralized Notion database, and provides a clean, filterable dashboard for tracking and follow-up.

In addition, I created a:

🎓 Student Hub Dashboard for organizing participant data

📊 Enrollment tracker linked directly from the form

🧑‍💼 Sponsor outreach CRM to manage partner communications

📝 Content repository to draft and organize emails, social posts, and announcements

This solution reduced manual data entry, improved data visibility, and created a scalable structure that can be reused for future events or team workflows.
